All year long it’s been the city of Ramen for myself. I’ve had the opportunity to eat all kinds of flavor-able Ramen. I want to thank all my friends that took the time to join me in the Ramen Adventures.
For the final Ramen blog I took on Kogane Ramen. Location: 337 West 14st
Spicy Miso Ramen was my choice of flavor. Ingredients: Pork bone, Miso broth, miso paste, Japanese wood ear mushroom, menma, soft boiled egg, scallions, black garlic oil.
To be honest I only know half of these ingredients but damn the flavor & texture of this ramen was great. I smiled the entire way through the bowl. Perfect way to cap off a working Sunday. Great service, great music & a warm atmosphere.
This will most likely be the final Blog post till March. I’ll be planning on how to extend the ramen blog & make it more fun. Thank you!
