Let’s begin by mentioning that Jin Ramen was an honorable mention for best Japanese Ramen in NYC. Located in 462 Amsterdam Ave.
Hungry & anxious from work. I had a well deserved Ramen after working a 7 hour shift. Boy did the Ramen hit in places I didn’t know could be satisfied. Not sexually although it was like making love to the ramen, the flavors were dynamic.
I mean just look,
Super spicy but I’m a spice lover. Even the two ladies that was next to me asked “if my soup was spicy?” lmao. I looked to there side & they were having some traditional chicken ramen. They also mention how red my ramen was compared to the traditional style. Nice people as they kept me entertained although I didn’t expect the company & entertainment, Lmaoo.
In general the service was amazing, the workers made sure I was set for this hot Ramen. The tissue by my side cause damn, I had to quietly blow my nose.
